Return Policy

• We accept returns of defective products (due to manufacturing or workmanship issues) or items shipped in error at no cost to you. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Non-defective returns (change of mind) are accepted within 30 days subject to the following fees and conditions. Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Authorized returns are subject to: (i) a 20% restocking fee based on the product price; (ii) return shipping costs paid by you; and (iii) inspection upon receipt confirming the item is unused and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns after 30 days or on opened/used items except where required by law.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Note: This policy is subject to Maryland law and any non-waivable consumer rights under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
